The amounts, measurements and total weight of pieces of baggage the registration of which is included in the air fare varies depending on the airline and booking class - please enquire with your airline directly.
For damaged or lost baggage, you should contact the lost property office of the handling agent which handled your flight. You will find a list of handling agents and the airlines they serve on the "Handling agents" page. Please keep your air ticket safe because your baggage receipt is attached to it and the handling agent will need this to clarify the situation in the event of baggage damage or loss.
